Purpose: In this study, we aimed to evaluate the effects of norepinephrine and albumin use in patients with epithelial ovarian cancer malignant ascite order maintain plasma oncotic pressure intravascular volume, provide perioperative hemodynamic stabilization tissue perfusion. addition, it was compare terms postoperative intensive care admission, hospital stay complications.
 Materials Methods: A total 66 patients, 38 ascites 28 without ascites, who underwent cytoreductive surgery for were included study. PVI invasive arterial monitoring performed after (after start surgery) (T0). T0, 1st hour (T1) 2nd (T2) (Tpostop.) Ascites composed 3 subgroups which ones received (NE) infusion, + (NEA) infusion or only fluid therapy (FT). From laboratory data perfusion evaluated lactate, status pleth variability index (PVI), (PI) mean (MAP).
 Results: Demographic clinical findings did not differ significantly between ascites. Lactate level NEA / NE group Tpostop, T1h, T2h Tpostop time frames determined higher than FT group. PI found be lower T2 frame. The ICU admission rate groups. duration shorter NE.
 Conclusion: We recommend low-dose optimization, Despite high replacement these together may have an important role preventing reducing major complications period.
